Jessica Howard - Misses' Dress, Top, Skirt & Pants. Loose-fitting, tapered dress, lower calf or top has collar, shoulder pads, front princess seams, side front slit, back zipper and above elbow sleeves. Purchased frogs. A: side slits. B: purchased piping. Semi-fitted, straight skirt, above mid-knee or wide leg pants have waistband and back zipper. 

Bust: 34-36-38"

Waist: 26.5-28-30"

Hips: 36-38-40"

Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue. Comes with paper instructions.

Envelope: Fair vintage condition with some weakness, discoloration and tears at edges.
