1970's Simplicity Suspender Hip-Hugger Shorts Pattern - Waist 25.5" - No. 9597

Simplicity pattern circa 1971

Set of Hip-Hugger Short Shorts: The hip-hugger short shorts are made to be worn 1" below normal waistline. V. 1 & 2 have shaped band with optional top-stitching, front button closing, top-stitched patch pocket and turn back cuffs. V. 2 has contrasting pockets and band. V. 3 & 4 have back zipper. V. 3 features suspenders and nail head trim. V. 4 has optional purchased belt slipped thru self fabric carriers.

Waist: 25.5"

Hips: 36"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions.

Envelope: Poor vintage condition with tears, weak edges and darkening.
