1950's Simplicity Circle Skirt and Petticoat Pattern - Waist 24" - No. 3813

Simplicity pattern circa 1951

Full Circle Skirt and Separate Petticoat: This billowing skirt is a complete circle. View 1: The wide waistband is high and shaped at the front. View 2 is styled with a narrow straight waistband. The flared petticoat, to wear under the circular skirt, is four gored and has a deep crinoline facing with a pleated ruffle at the lower edge.

Waist: 24”
Hips: 33”

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue.  Comes with instructions.

Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with large tears, sections missing, darkening and open sides.
