1940's Simplicity Boy's Button up Shirt in Three Styles - 8yrs - No. 1509

Breast: 26"
Neck: 11.5"

Pattern: Unprinted. Complete, There are 2 "H" pieces, and a Handmade "D" from extra tissue (I am assuming the pattern came this way). Comes with paper instructions.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with lots of rips and tears.
