Vogue Paris original pattern circa 1979
Givenchy - Men's Jacket, Vest and Pants: Semi-fitted, below hip length, lined jacket has shoulder pads, notched collar (buttonhole trim on left lapel), front buttoned closing, side front and side back seams (no side seams), side hemline vents, upper welt pocket and lower slanted welt pockets with flaps inside breast pockets. Full-length two-piece sleeves have mock vent and button trim. Fitted below waist length lined-to-edge vest with back of lining fabric has cut away armholes, V-neckline, front buttoned closing, shaped front hemline, welt pockets and attached adjustable back belt. Straight legged pants have waistband with belt carriers, fly front zipper closing, pockets in side seams and back welt pocket with button closing. Topstitching. Purchased shirt, tie and belt.
