Dress or Tunic and Pants. Back zippered dress or tunic has lace OR pleated ruffing. Pants have left side zipper.

Bust: 34"
Waist: 26"
Hips: 36"
Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions that does have rust marks and small tears. While the original owner wrote "15M" I did confirm on the tissue that this is a size 12M which is a bust 34, as listed above.
Envelope: NOT PRESENT (images pulled from Vintage Pattern Wikia). Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
