New York pattern - circa 1940's

Two-piece Dress:  Separate four-piece skirt with belt at top.  Front closing blouse with convertible collar or square neck;  set-in armhole or scalloped bands.  Shirring at waistline under removable belt.  Width at lower edge of skirt, size 16, 60 inches.  Finished back length of skirt, size 16, 28 inches.
