Pattern: UC/FF. Unprinted tissue. Tissue does have some discoloration and one 1/4" tear in corner of outer piece from contact with instructions over the years. Comes with paper instructions.

Envelope: Poor vintage condition with small tears, some darkness and weakness along sides.
