New York pattern - circa 1940's

Waist with low round neck with gathered front; finished with a binding; cap sleeves; attached six-piece skirt; removable belt.  Width at lower edge, size 16, 71 inches.  Finished center back length of dress from neck to lower edge, size 16, 46 inches.
