Size: 21.5-22-22.5"
Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Only Cap ever cut out, with pinking shears along cut lines. Ribbon tie has 1/4" end torn away, but stitching line is still visible. Complete with instructions.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with some discoloration, weak edges and small tears. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
