Vogue American pattern circa 1983
Top and Skirt. Very loose-fitting pullover top has front and back gathered into neckline. Double neckline ruffle. front neckline slit with tie . Full length sleeves gathered at cap and elasticized at wrist forming self ruffle and elasticized waistline. Topstitching and edge stitching. Straight skirt 3 inches below mid-knee or evening length has front and back gathered into waistband, side seam pockets and back zipper. Evening length skirt has centre back hemline slit.
