Vogue American pattern circa 1985
Albert Nipon - Dress, below mid-calf length, has contrast collar, bow, shoulder pads, very loose-fitting, tucked bodice, elastic waist, flared skirt with forward side seams pockets (no side seams), pleats and gathers and short sleeves or long sleeves with button cuffs. Narrow hem. Shaped belt has button and loops.
