Front-Wrap Ruffled Skirt in Three Lengths: Skirt gathered to waistband has ruffles along front opening and lower edges. Mini-length V. 1 has self and contrasting tiered ruffles. Regular length V. 2 has self ruffle. V. 1 & 2 have buttoned waistband. Mid-calf length V. 3 has self and purchased eyelet trim tiered ruffles and tie ends.
