Back-Button Blouse: Blouse gathered at forward shoulder seams has "Peter-Pan" collar. Lace trim V. 1 and eyelet trim V. 2 have front tab with button trim. Long sleeves V. 3 and short sleeves V. 4 have cuffs, purchased lace collar and optional ribbon bow.
