1970's Simplicity Button Up Blouse Pattern - Bust 40" - No. 6517

Blouse: (Including a Tissue Lesson Chart ... "How-To Make a Shirt Type Collar"). The blouse V. 1 or V.2 with shirt type collar has front button closing, curved slits in side seams, long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs and optional purchased belt. V. 1 features contrasting collar and cuffs.Size: 18

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. All darts have small holes from use. Comes with instructions.

Envelope: Poor vintage condition with discoloration, small tears and weak edges. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage.
