1970's Simplicity Button Up Blouse Pattern - Bust 36" - No. 6517

Simplicity pattern circa 1974

Blouse: The blouse V. 1 or V.2 with shirt type collar has front button closing, curved slits in side seams, long set-in sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs and optional purchased belt. V. 1 features contrasting collar and cuffs.Size: 18

Bust: 36"
Waist: 28"
Hips: 38"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. D (sleeve) has large tears. B (back) has small tears. Comes with instructions.

Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with discoloration, tears and torn edges. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage.
