Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue. Minor rust stains along bottom of tissue packet. Comes with instructions that does have rust marks and small tears.
Envelope: NOT PRESENT (images pulled from Vintage Pattern Wikia). Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
