1970's McCall's Child's Dress or Top and Panties Pattern - Chest 21-25" - No. 5503

McCall's pattern - circa 1977

Top and Skirt. Fitted top has shoulder straps, side vents, and hooked front; ribbon bands A, or fabric bands B have extensions tied in front. Skirt, gathered into waistband has back zipper; A has ribbon and rick rack trim.
