1960's McCall's Button Up Blouse Pattern - Bust 32" - No. 6918

McCall's pattern circa 1963

Blouse. Front buttoned, yoked blouse with convertible neckline. Blouse has inverted pleat at side back below yoke, long or short set I sleeves, patch pocket on right front. Short sleeves are turned back to form cuffs. Long sleeves are gathered into buttoned bands and by have contrasting patches on elbows. Patches may be purchased cut from contrasting fabric or iron on fabric. Decorative stitching on short sleeved blouse.
