1960’s Simplicity Button Up Blouse Pattern - Bust 36" - No. 5285

Blouse (Including Tissue Chart ... "How to attach collars".): Blouse fitted with front underarm and back shoulder darts has front button closing. Neckline is high and rounded. V.s 1 and 2 have flat collar. V. 3 is collarless. V.s 4 and 5 show roll collars. Sleeves are set-in, roll up to form cuffs for V.s 1 and 4. V.s 2, 3 and 5 are sleeveless. V.s 1, 3 and 4 have patch pockets. Blouse can be worn as an overblouse or tucked in.
