Simplicity pattern - circa early 50's

Pattern: MISSING Back Neck Facing. Printed tissue paper. A & B have had sleeve cut to short view, but extensions are present. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with tears, lots of pen markings and discoloration. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
