Pattern: Complete. Unprinted tissue. #4 has a 1" tear. #2 has a fold over mis-print on the top of one side. Comes with paper instructions.

Condition: Pattern has darkened where instructions touched over the years. Envelope has lots of tearing and darkening from poor storage. Will come in acid-free baggie.
