1940's Simplicity Button up Dress Pattern with Cap Sleeves - Bust 38" - No. 1459

Simplicity pattern circa 1945

One-Piece Dress: The cap sleeves are cut in one with smooth shoulder yokes and neat revers trim the neckline. The fronts button coatwise from neck to hem, and on Style II eyelet ruffles trim the closing. The skirt is softly gathered at the side fronts and joins the bodice at the natural waistline under a purchased, or self-fabric belt.

Waist: 32"

Hips: 41"

Pattern: Complete. Unprinted tissue. Skirt Front Facing (L)was torn in half, but both sides present. Comes with instructions.

Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with tears, darkening and weak edges.
