Fly Front Closing Dress:  Waist with drop shoulders forming cap sleeves; with or without attached collar; Attached three-piece skirt, gathered at top; removable belt.  Width at lower edge, size 16, 71 inches.  Finished back length of dress from neck to lower edge, size 16, 43 inches.
