1940's McCall Child's Smocked Blouse Pattern - Chest 26-28" - No. 1221

McCall pattern - circa 1945

A basic blouse for smocking - has straight upper edges with front, back, sleeves. Can be used with other straight bandings.

Chest: 26-28"

Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue. Comes with paper instructions.

Transfer: Never used.

Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with open edges, tears, rust marks and darkening.
