Simplicity pattern circa 1974
Girls' Blouses: The top-stitched blouse with front button closing has set-in sleeves and shaped lower edge. V. 1 & 2 with pointed shirt type collar have long sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs. V. 1 features contrasting collar and cuffs. V. 3 & 4 have rounded shirt type collar. V. 3 has long sleeves gathered to armholes and pleated to buttoned cuffs. V. 4 features short sleeves gathered to armholes.

Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Fair vintage conditions with some writing, tears and discoloration. Will come in baggie for storage.
