Pattern: UC/FF. Unprinted. Pattern has darkened from contact with instructions. Has gotten wet and you can see a water line. Comes with paper instructions.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with large tears, one large hole in front, darkness and weak sides and fragile overall.
