Pattern: UC/FF. Unprinted. Pattern has darkened from contact with instructions. There is a minor 1/2" tear from poor storage on the top piece of the packet. Comes with paper instructions.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with tears, darkness and weak sides and fragile overall.
