1960's Butterick 4-H Uniform Blouse and Skirt Pattern - Bust 38" - No. 2642

BLOUSE & SKIRT - 4H UNIFORM. (A) Front buttoned shirt blouse, notched collar, roll up sleeves. Unpressed pleated skirt. Self belt. (B) Collarless version. (C) Sleeveless version.

Bust: 38"
Waist: 30"
Hips: 40"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue Comes with instructions that are weak and have small tears.
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with darkening, weak edges, small tears and missing flap.
