1960's Simplicity Shift Dress Pattern with Puff Sleeve and Peter Pan Collar - Bust 40" - No. 8189

Simplicity pattern - circa 1969

Dress: The A-line dress has back zipper and round neckline. V. 1 and 2 have short, set-in sleeves. Button trimmed V. 1 has "Peter Pan" collar and ribbon bow. Collarless V. 2 with puff sleeves gathered at armholes and at lower edges with elastic casings has purchased belt. Sleeveless and collarless V. 3 has ruffled banding of lace, embroidery or smocking.

Bust: 40"
Waist: 31"
Hips: 42"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Front (A) has torn dart and old tape. Back (B) has torn dart. Comes with instructions.

Envelope: Poor vintage condition with discoloration, tears and weakness along the edges.
