Simplicity pattern circa 1970's

Pullover dress and tie belt. Dress with neck band has long raglan sleeves with elastic casings and self tie belt.

Bust: 36-40"
Waist: 28-32"
Hips: 38-42"

Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue.  Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with discoloration, tears and weak edges.
