1960's Vogue Special Design One-Piece Dress with Cut Out Back and Bolero Jacket Pattern - Bust 36" - No. 4248

Vogue pattern circa 1961

One Piece Dress and Jacket. All around gathered skirt joins sleeveless bodice at waist-line. Low or bare back with bow trimming. Box jacket with above elbow length kimono sleeves buttons below oval neck-line.

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions. 
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with open edges, writing and large tears. Will be mailed in an acid-free baggie.
