New York pattern - circa 1940's

Collarless neckline with one-piece back and three-piece skirt attached across the front.  Long sleeves perforated for short sleeves.  Front-closing smock with inset trimming pieces at front.  High neck with collar, long sleeves perforated for short sleeves.  Width at lower edge of dress, size 16, 2 yards.
