New York pattern circa 1940's

Bolero Dress: Back-closing waist with high neck; 3/4 sleeves; attached two-piece gathered skirt lengthened by a four-piece gathered flounce; removable belt. Separate sleeveless front-closing bolero.  Width at lower edge of flounce, size 16, 137 inches.  Finished center back length from neck to lower edge, size 16, 46 inches.
