Dress: High or sweetheart neck; one piece gathered armhole ruffles or short sleeves. One piece belt inserted between waist and three-piece skirt with two styles of pockets; sash attached to sides of inset belt and tied at back. Width at lower edge, size 16, 46 inches. Finished center back length of dress from neck to lower edge, size 16, 46 inches.
