Simplicity pattern circa 1987

Surf Club by Sherry Holt - Misses', Men's or Teen Boys' Very Loose-Fitting Shirt, Shorts and Pullover Knit Top and One-Size Hat -- Shirt with notched collar has extended shoulders, short sleeves and patch pockets. Shorts have fly front zipper, elasticized waistline and pleated patch pockets. Top has extended shoulders and ribbed knit bands. Hat has wide brim.

Bust or Chest: 35-36.5"

Pattern: UC/FF. Printed. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with weak edges and discoloration. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
