1970's Vogue Americana One Piece Dress or Tunic and Pants - Bust 32.5" - No. 1033

Vogue Americana pattern circa 1972

Dress, Tunic and Pants. Loose-fitting and flared tunic or dress in mid-knee length has U-neckline, three quarter length dolman sleeves, pockets in side seams and topstitch trim. Wide, straight-legged pants, darted into waistline, have side zipper closing.
