1960’s Simplicity Back Button Up Blouse Pattern - Bust 32" - No. 4935

Simplicity pattern circa 1963

Blouse in Two Lengths: (Transfer for monogram included). Blouse has high rounded neckline and back button closing. V.s 1 and 2 are sleeveless. V.s 3 and 4 have short set-in sleeves. V. 1 features slit openings at lower front edges. V. 3 has a self-fabric tie belt. V. 4 is top-stitched around neckline and sleeves, and features embroidered monogram at center front.
