Simplicity pattern - circa 1940's

Bust: 32”
Waist: 26.5”
Hips: 35”

Pattern: Unprinted. Complete. 8-10 (Upper Ruffle and Lower Ruffles) have inner circle cut away with pinking shears. 10 (Lower Ruffle back) also has a 2" tear. Comes with instructions. 
Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with previous owner fixing the envelope with a mixture of tissue paper and tape. Comes in baggie for storage.
