Jessica Howard - Misses’ Top, Skirt & Pants. Loose-fitting top has contrast collar, shoulder pads, front bands, contrast flaps with button trim and long sleeves. Purchased optional flower, ribbon and chain. A-line skirt, above ankle, has front waistband/pleats, elastic back and back zipper. Straight-legged pants have raised waist/front tucks, elastic back and back zipper.

Waist: 26.5-28-30"
Hips: 36-38-40"
Pattern: UC/FF. Printed. Comes with paper instructions.
Envelope: Fair vintage condition with some weakness and tears at edges.
