Designed exclusively for Knit Fabrics by Ann Person. V-Neck Flared Dress. This classic dress features cap sleeves and a V-neck in a fully-lined blouson bodice. Its flared skirt has side pockets and an elastic waist. It can be made with an optional single-thickness sash or finished tie belt. View A has a demure V-neck and View B offers a deep V-neck for evening wear.
