Jiffy Pullover Dress or Top ... Adjustable for Miss Petite: Top v. 1 or dress v. 2 softly gathered to stand up collar has front slit opening, optional elastic waistline casing and short raglan sleeves gathered to band and ties.

Waist: 26.5"
Hips: 36"

Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue.  Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Fair vintage condition with weak edges, minor discoloration and small tears. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
