1970's Simplicity Surplice Bodice Dress pattern - Bust 36" - No. 9709

Simplicity pattern circa 1971

Dress in Two Lengths ... Designer Fashion: The dress with back zipper, "V" shaped neckline and long set-in sleeves has surplice bodice and skirt with soft gathers stitched to midriff above normal waistline. V. 1 has embroidered braid or ribbon trim. V. 1 and 2 are mini length. V. 2 and 3 have contrasting skirt. V. 3 is ankle length.

Bust: 36"

Waist: 27"

Hips: 38"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Dress cut to longest length. Comes with instructions and scraps of original fabric from previous owner.

Envelope: Poor vintage condition with small tears, darkening, and weak edges.
