1970's Butterick Button Up Blouse or Dress Pattern - Bust 32.5" - No. 5338

Butterick pattern circa 1978

Dress & Blouse. Loose-fitting dress in below mid-knee length with pockets in side seams and blouse gathered front and back into shaped over-the-shoulder yokes have band collar extending into ties, front buttoned band closing, full length raglan sleeves gathered into buttoned cuffs and topstitch trim. Purchased pants and belt.

Size: 10
Bust: 32.5"
Waist: 25"
Hips: 34.5"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Piece were cut to blouse length but extensions to make dress are present. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with weak sides, small tears and discoloration. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage.
