1960's Simplicity Child's Button Up Blouse Pattern - Chest 32" - No. 5122

Simplicity Pattern circa 1963

Blouses in Three Versions: Blouse has set-in sleeves and front center closing. Round collar is featured in V.'s 1 and 2. V.'s 3 and 4 have a tailor collar. V.'s 1 and 3 have long sleeves gathered to wristbands which fasten with a button. V.'s 2 and 4 have roll up sleeves. V. 1 has lace trim. Top-stitching on collar and front pocket are featured in V. 3.

Waist: 26"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Clean cut. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with darkening, weak edges and tears. Comes in acid-free baggie for storage.
