Shirt and Bell-Bottom Pants: (Including Tissue Lesson-Chart … "How to apply waistband to pants"). The top-stitched shirt has front button closing and forward shoulder seams, with high round neckline, notched collar, and set in sleeves that may be gathered to buttoned cuffs. View 1 with long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs has patch pockets and button trimmed flaps. View 2 has short sleeves with turn-back cuffs. Shirt may be tied in front. The creased bell-bottom pants have side zipper and waistband. A purchased belt or sash may be worn.

Envelope: Poor vintage condition with discoloration, tears, and weak edges.
