1960's Simplicity Blouse, Top, Skirt and Pants Pattern - Chest 23" - No. 5640

Simplicity pattern circa 1964

Blouse, Skirt, Top and Pants: Blouse has front button closing, collar with ends tied or not, and long set-in sleeves that gather to buttoned cuffs. The A line skirt has side zipper, center inverted pleats and waistband. The sleeveless lined top has V neckline. Pants have side zipper and waistband.

Waist: 21"
Hips: 24"

Pattern: UC/FF. Printed tissue. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Poor vintage condition with darkening, tears and weak edges.. Comes in acid-free plastic baggie for storage.
