1950's Simplicity Pullover Blouse Pattern - Bust 31" - No. 1088

Simplicity pattern circa 1955

Blouse and Overblouse: All versions of this "Simple to Make" blouse may be made in almost unlimited variety of fabrics. Teamed with skirts, slacks, "fancy pants" or shorts, it may be worn as a casual or party fashion. View 1 three quarter sleeves are set in a lowered armhole. Views 2, 3, and 4 have short sleeves. View 2 neckline and pocket are trimmed with contrasting bias binding. A purchased belt defines waistline, views 3 and 4. View 4 has pocket on left front.

Hips: 34"

Pattern: Complete. Printed tissue. Cut with pinking shears along cut lines. Comes with instructions that have a 4" tear in middle.

Envelope: Very poor vintage condition with tears, darkening and open edges.
