Junior and Teen Skirt, Blouse and Cummerbund: Simple-to-Make switch-abouts. Blouses are sleeveless and have low round necklines. Skirts are full and gathered. V. 1 top-stitched blouse is shown with contrast skirt. Contrast cummerbund is worn. V. 2 blouse features contrast bias and double-breasted effect button trim. Bias trims contrast skirt. Cummerbund is contrast. V. 3 collar (of skirt fabric) and skirt are trimmed with rick-rack.
