Pattern: Complete. Unprinted tissue. 1 (Front Bodice) has back center corner torn away, but both pieces are present. 4 (Collar) has a long tear fixed with 4" of old tape. Comes with instructions.
Envelope: Not present. Will come in acid-free baggie for storage.
